As Geneva Watch Days commences on 29th August 2023, we’re more than ready for the luxury watch event. At Geneva Watch Days, some of the biggest Swiss brands display their most recent watches over the course of five days. Held in Geneva, Switzerland, the event attracts retailers, the media, and members of the public to explore the latest in fine watchmaking.

Oris X Bracenet
This special edition timepiece is a version of the Aquis Date model, created in collaboration with the enterprise Bracenet. Bracenet was founded in 2015 by Benjamin Wenke and Madeleine von Hohenthal, and works to combat the level of ‘ghost’ fishing nets found in the ocean.
The pair decided to combat the amount of discarded fishing nets found in the ocean by upcycling them into bracelets and other accessories. Striving to change the environmental impact of ‘ghost’ nets that endanger marine life, with a mantra of ‘Save the seas, wear a net!’, the nets are cleaned without chemicals and microplastics are removed, to make them safe to upcycle.
The kaleidoscopic dial featured on the Oris X Bracenet watch are made from the cutoffs from these recycled materials. The green, blue, and white pieces are melted and cooled into a material, meticulously cut to size, planed, and sanded down.
A truly unique timepiece, what makes the Oris X Bracenet eco-friendly watch so special is that no two dials are the same. With this extraordinary method of construction, the offcuts from the recycled netting create a distinctive swirling pattern that is individual to each watch.
This diving timepiece comes in a stainless steel case of two different sizes, 43.5mm and 36.5mm. With a matching stainless steel bracelet, the enchanting dial stands out amongst a sophisticated design, with hands and indexes filled with Super-LumiNova for enhanced visibility.
The eco-friendly watch also provides a water resistance of 300m, with a unidirectional bezel and a sapphire crystal top glass and case back, showcasing the Calibre Oris 733. Boasting a power reserve of 38 hours, the automatic movement is mesmerising through the openwork case back, that allows us to take a look at the remarkable Swiss craftsmanship.
Oris are no strangers to upcycling materials and making sustainable changes in their watchmaking. The climate neutral brand is dedicated to fighting threats to the environment, and the Oris x Bracenet watch is a symbol of change that Oris want to see in the future.

The watch brand has worked with several conservation organisations in the past, including Plastic Bank, Coral Restoration Foundation, Whale and Dolphin Conservation, and lots more. Oris Aquis Pro 4,000m
A watch with potential, the pioneering technology and use of materials in this Oris Aquis Pro 4,000m watch goes above and beyond. The most water resistant watch that Oris have ever created, this timepiece can withstand a water pressure up to a staggering 4,000 metres, fit for even the most daring of divers.
Showcasing an ocean-blue gradient dial with a wave pattern, this timepiece is designed to make the ultimate companion to explore the deep sea with. A blue ceramic bezel insert with a minute scale is on-hand for timing dives, whilst Super-LumiNova hands and indexes ensure visibility in dark underwaters.
Paired with a matching blue rubber strap that features a security folding clasp extension, you can fasten this timepiece in place and adjust it with ease. A domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal takes place as a protective barrier for the dial.
Designed with professional divers, this watch features a rotation safety system to lock the bezel in place, to keep your watch secure throughout all your deep diving escapades. A 49.5mm titanium case housing the automatic movement, the Calibre Oris 400, is built for the extreme adventurers with state-of-the-art, robust materials and a powerful mechanism.
Boasting an uncompromising power reserve of 120 hours (5 days), elevated anti-magnetism, and 10 year recommended service intervals, sturdy craftsmanship takes form in this Oris Aquis Pro 4,000m watch. The movement surpasses chronometer (COSC certification) levels of accuracy.

Oris Artelier S
Described by Oris as simple, elegant, classic, and pure, the Artelier S watches stay true to the distinctive aesthetic of the Artelier collection. With a minimalistic style that’s refined, easily legible, and sophisticated, these timepieces are effortlessly timeless.
The watches are available in two different colourways, a dark black dial with a black strap, and a forest green dial with a brown strap. The green piece takes inspiration from the watch brand’s home in the verdant Waldernburg Valley, as a subtle ode to the beautiful Swiss scenery where it was manufactured.
Crafted with a 38mm stainless steel case featuring a water resistance of 30m, the watches are paired with leather straps that capture a vintage, chic style. The dial hands include a thin line of Super-LumiNova, for a glow-in-the-dark feature, along with delicately printed hour and minute markers.
The automatic movement is powered by the Calibre Oris 733, encased by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on both the front and back. For a not-so-simple finishing touch, the see-through case back showcases the exceptional Swiss engineering, with the signature Oris red rotor, upholding a power reserve of 38 hours.
